This attention gives peace of mind to our customer that the crane is safe and that all mechanical and electrical parts are checked. Once erected all crane receive an independent thorough examination by an external accredited company prior to the crane being released for use by the client. HTC Plant maintain that this is the only way in which the safety and integrity of the crane is proven.

Once erected HTC Plant carry out a thorough service inspection of the crane at specific intervals. Due to this extensive package HTC Plant can guarantee 99% utilization to the client guaranteeing Safety and reliability of our hired fleet.

The service we offer meets the criteria of the new ‘Maintenance and Thorough Examination of Tower Cranes’ Best Practice guide of which we had a large input into the content of this document. Whilst many will need to adopt the principles and procedures contained within this document it is in most areas a reflection of what we have done for several years.
